Payment can be made by the following methods:

*Credit cards accepted are VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express. (Only lump-sum payments are accepted.)

I want to change my payment method

Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the order details or payment method. Please be sure to check before confirming your order.

I want to cancel my order

We cannot accept cancellations, changes, exchanges or returns for customer convenience after a product order has been confirmed.
Please check before placing your order.

I haven't received a confirmation email after placing an order

Your order confirmation email should be sent within minutes, but please note that there may be delays in some cases. If you have not received an email within 24 hours, or if you have checked your spam folder, please contact us so we can confirm your order.

I want to check my order history

You can check your order history from My Page . Please note that you will need to register as a member to view My Page .
Alternatively, please check your order completion email and shipping completion email.

Please note that we do not include a delivery note when shipping products.

I want to use a coupon code

To apply a coupon code to your order, enter it in the "Discount" field in your shopping cart.
Alternatively, you can enter it on the checkout screen (where you enter your shipping address).

About Shipping

I want to know the shipping fee

Free shipping for purchases over 3,300 yen (tax included).
Shipping to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands is free for purchases of 9,800 yen (tax included) or more.

About mail delivery * Up to 2 items can be delivered by mail. Items that cannot be delivered by mail and 3 or more items will be delivered by courier.
*Delivery will take approximately 3 days to 1 week. Delivery date cannot be specified.
*If the size exceeds the specified limit, we will switch to delivery by courier.

Nationwide (excluding Okinawa and remote islands)
Mail delivery: 300 yen Courier delivery: 500 yen

Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands Mail service: 300 yen Courier service: 1,200 yen

I want to change my shipping address

You can change the address before your package is shipped.
Please contact us here with your desired address.

However, once a tracking number has been assigned to your package, it cannot be modified before shipping, even if the package has not yet been shipped.
In that case, after receiving the notification that the product has been shipped (shipping completion email), please contact Sagawa Express yourself and make the changes.

*If the package arrives in the morning, it may arrive before your scheduled time, so there is no guarantee.
*If you are in a hurry, please contact Sagawa Express.
*If you need to forward your parcel to another jurisdiction, an additional fee (cash on delivery) will be charged. The fee varies depending on the distance, so please contact Sagawa Express for more information.

My item hasn't arrived

Once shipped, your item can be tracked using the tracking service provided by each shipping company.
Please check the parcel number in the automatic email sent to you when your item is shipped.

If your order has not arrived within 2-5 days of shipping, or if you cannot find your parcel number, please contact us here .

I would like the product resent

If your package has been returned to us due to the expiration of the storage period, and you would like it re-sent, please contact us here .
The delivery company will be Sagawa Express and payment will be collected upon delivery.

Please note that incorrect addresses or missing room numbers will also be grounds for return.

About points

What are points?

You can earn points by purchasing products at our store and Happy Socks stores.
Points will be awarded based on the amount of your purchase, with 1 point awarded for every 100 yen (excluding tax).
Accumulated points can be used for shopping at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.

Points will be awarded when the product is shipped.

I want to use points

Accumulated points can be used when making purchases at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
Please apply your points on the cart page before proceeding to the checkout page.
*You must be logged in to apply points.

Regarding the expiration date of points

Purchased points usually expire 365 days after the date of purchase.
Birthday points and campaign points are awarded on the 30th.
Please note that points will be automatically invalidated if the expiration date is exceeded.

Other

I want a receipt

Our store does not issue invoices or receipts, so please use the payment receipt from your credit card company in lieu of the statement, and also the "Thank you for your purchase" email you receive at the time of purchase as your receipt.
